Fouad joined Soma in 2022 and focuses on early-stage investments, seed portfolio support and growth-stage investments.

Prior to Soma, Fouad worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group. During his time at Bain, Fouad worked on 20+ commercial due diligence on mega-fund buyout deals, primarily focused on the consumer and B2B software sectors. Fouad was also on a Tiger Global retainer team at Bain, where he worked on the due diligence of 20+ early stage startups (Series A+) in the consumer technology and crypto space. Fouad graduated from UCL with a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Finance and earned a MSc in Finance from MIT. Outside of work, Fouad is a Formula 1 fan and enjoys skiing.
